Payment terms

To allow for booking flexibility, all of our One to One sessions are secured on a pay as you use model. This means all session prices are quoted on a per session basis.  Details of sessions and prices can be found here.

Cancellations and Booking Rescheduling

When an appointment is made, we rely on our students to do their best to keep to it.

This is because if appointments are missed at very short notice, we are unable to offer those appointments to other students.

However, we do understand that occasionally, students will need to postpone their session.

That is why we have a flexible booking cancellation and rescheduling policy:

For booking cancellations; we offer a full refund -less the fee of 10 USD that the credit card system charges- if we receive 7 days or more notice of the cancellation. Please fill out the contact form here and we will get back to you straight away. 

You may reschedule your booking with us here as long as it is at least 2 days away from your current session time. We will consider rescheduling your session at shorter notice than this if exceptional circumstances arise. However we are unable to reschedule or refund fees for appointments on the day of your session.
